OUR FIRST MARKET STALL
The Night Before
Typically of the Great British climate, the weather forecast did not look on our side for the 'Summer Makers Fair'. Having slept through the night to sounds of heavy rain I was pleasantly surprised to wake up on the day of the market to sunny blue skies, hooray! We packed up the car and headed to The Bridge Studios in Fairwater.
The New Gazebo
When we first arrived we were excited to try out our brand new blue gazebo, only to be met with gale force winds threatening to take our beautiful new gazebo high into the sky!
We gathered ourselves after borrowing numerous sandbags and continued to set up Out of Sync's first market stall. The Bridge Studio market organisers and other stallholders were really helpful and supportive throughout the day and it was lovely to meet so many interesting people.
Friends and Family
During the day it was brilliant to have the support from family and friends who came to visit us. It was lovely to see them. The out of sync team will be forever grateful for the their encouragement and support.
After enjoying a day of making new friends with fellow market stall holders and eating and drinking the good food and coffee on offer it was time to pack up our shiny new gazebo.
The Last Minute
Much to our delight, just as we thought all our transactions were done for the day, a lovely lady came running over to us. She was super excited about our monochrome dress and she decided to buy it right at the last minute.
So a huge thank you to all our friends and family who came out to support us and to the last customer of the day! Thanks to all of you we can count our first market stall event a great success!
