UK Returns
Here at Out of Sync, we want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We offer free returns for faulty items. However, if the item is not defective, the cost of return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
We hope you love your purchases, but if you decide to return an item, you have 14 days from the day you received it to send it back.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or had their labels removed.
Faulty Items:
If your item is faulty, we will refund the full amount, including delivery charges and return postage.
Non-Faulty Items:
For items that are not defective, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, you’ll be entitled to a full refund if they meet our return criteria. Refunds may take 5-10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
International Returns
We hope that you love your purchases, but in the event you need to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt.
